Qualtrics Unveils XM Institute Community and Resource

Experience management (XM) company Qualtrics has launched the XM Institute; a community and resource for XM professionals, practitioners and leaders.

Bruce TemkinAcquired in November 2018 by software giant SAP, Qualtrics provides a range of solutions including CustomerXM, a contact center customer needs forecast; employee engagement trend tracker EmployeeXM; ProductXM, which gives product managers the ability to test market 'fit' on new products; and brand messaging checker BrandXM. The new institute offers members around the world the opportunity to learn and share XM best practices through thought leadership insights, networking opportunities and specialized training. It also provides guidance to help members create and deliver experiences for their target audiences across the four core experiences of XM as defined by the company: customer, employee, product and brand. Membership of the XM Institute is free.

Members also have access to the XM Professionals Network Online Forum (XMPN Online), a community within the XM Institute that connects them with senior-level leaders on topics and issues related to experience management. The institute is led by former Forrester Research exec Bruce Temkin (pictured), founder of the Temkin Group, which aims to help companies become more customer-centric. As a VP at Forrester he was credited with creating the Customer Experience Index, which ranks more than 100 firms across fourteen industries.

Commenting on the launch, Temkin said: 'Our team of experts helps organizations build the capabilities to continuously learn what their key stakeholders are thinking and feeling, propagate those insights to the right people in the right form at the right time, and rapidly adapt to those market signals. Experience Management isn't about doing this once or twice. Instead, we help organizations embed XM as a discipline that's woven across their operating fabrics'.
