Infotools Names Business Development Lead for Europe

MR software provider Infotools has appointed Charlotte Hearn as Business Development Lead, Europe, based in the UK. The firm is headquartered in New Zealand.

Infotools, which also has offices in the US, Europe and South Africa, focuses on helping researchers process, analyze, visualize and share data. Hearn (pictured) joins after a decade at MR industry software products and services provider MRDC, latterly as Product Consultant. She began her time there as a Sales Associate, before moving on to run all new business and key accounts for the company in the Southeast Asia and UK markets.

In her new role, Hearn is tasked with helping grow Infotools' presence and generate new business in the European region. This will include rolling out its cloud-based platform Harmoni, which is used for data harmonisation, interrogation and visualisation.

Commenting on the appointment, Executive Director Geoff Lowe said: 'We've seen a big increase in demand, especially in the European region, for insights solutions that can contribute to operational efficiencies. Charlotte's past work in the region, combined with her market research and SaaS sales experience and her engaging personality, give her the skills to understand and respond to researchers' insight-reporting needs and challenges.
