Acquisition for Investment Data Firm PCR

Investment data aggregation specialist Private Client Resources, LLC (PCR) has acquired European firm Check6, headquartered in The Netherlands.

PCR's services help global private banks, advisors, family offices and wealth tech firms make informed investment decisions, promising a reliable source of accurate client investment data, even where a client's portfolio contains a complex mixture of globally distributed liquid and illiquid assets. Check6, with offices in the UK, The Netherlands and Dubai, provides feed-based aggregation services for use by institutions, wealthy families and advisors; offering both real-time insights and deep analysis of financial data.

The buy gives PCR data feed connections with more than 600 global institutional sources; and access to Check6's 'unique' privacy architecture which ensures personal information is handled in compliance with global regulations. The companies say they have already completed the integration of their technologies, and Check6 employees will work as an integral part of the PCR service model delivering local support for its core regions.
