Alida Promotes Baldree to CCO, Hires Chung as SVP

In Canada, customer experience management (CXM) and insights platform Alida (formerly Vision Critical) has promoted Jason Baldree to the role of Chief Customer Officer, while Tony Chung joins the firm as Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success.

Alida recently launched its CXM platform and integrated it into its existing platform to provide brands with an end-to-end solution for uncovering insights and engaging with customers globally. Baldree joined in 2018 with more than twenty years of experience leading customer success and operations teams. He previously led the customer success and consulting services teams at BMC Software, CA Technologies and Protiviti. In his new role, he will lead the global Customer success organization, Customer Support, and Services businesses.

Chung joins after sixteen years at travel and expense management services company SAP Concur, where he most recently led the Global Services' strategy to integrate systems, processes and offerings across SAP cloud business units. Earlier, he led and developed teams of implementation consultants, services professionals and support engineers, providing 24/7 product support to customers across APAC, EMEA and North America. He will now lead Alida's consulting services and value realization programs.
