SKIM Hires for NA and NPD Leadership Roles

International insights agency SKIM has appointed two senior execs: Jeni Chapman as Managing Director, North America, based in the New York area; and Pascalle Govers as Consultant, New Product Development Services, at the firm's HQ in Rotterdam.

Jeni Chapman and Pascalle GoversSKIM offers a combination of decision behaviour expertise and choice-modelling, to understand clients' marketing challenges. Chapman joins with more than two decades' marketing insights and analytics management experience. During her career, she has held senior insights, operations, and account management roles at TNS North America / Kantar, Cision, and PRS IN VIVO, and more recently she served as Chief Growth Officer at marketing analytics firm in4mation insights, which focuses on predictive modeling, social data and market mix modeling.

In her new position, Chapman will oversee the US Account Management, Insights and Analytics teams in New York, Atlanta and San Francisco. MD Karin Lieshout comments: 'We are pleased to have Jeni join SKIM to lead the North America team's next phase of growth. Her curiosity, collaborative approach and data analytics background are what SKIMmers are all about'.

Govers joins with more than twenty years' consumer insights experience, working with CPG companies including Unilever, Heineken, Reckitt Benckiser, Danone and Philips, and agency-side at Ipsos, and MetrixLab. At SKIM, she is charged with growing the company's new product development portfolio of solutions and expertise. MD Joris Huisman adds: 'Pascalle brings a wealth of NPD experience and enthusiasm to help companies re-examine their innovation strategies for today's marketplace'.
