Rightpoint Hires First MD for Europe

Chicago-based customer experience business Rightpoint has appointed Marty Zalewski as its first Managing Director for Europe, to build on existing growth in the region.

Owned by digital transformation firm Genpact, Rightpoint has multidisciplinary teams across five areas: insights, strategy, design, content and engineering. The Research and Analytics team uses a mixed-method approach including ethnographics to analyse human needs, business drivers and market trends. Areas covered include consumer and cultural insights, competitive and adjacent industry analysis, customer analytics and segmentation, product and concept testing, and data and analytics strategy.

Zalewski (pictured) joins in London with more than twenty years' experience in innovation roles. Most recently, he served as Innovation Leader at consulting firm Inzenka, before which he was Chief Innovation Officer, New Ventures at business process outsourcing and operational transformation specialist Target Group, and he founded digital innovation consultancy The Mindful Eye. Earlier, he held strategy and transformation roles at Lloyds Banking Group; product development positions at GE Capital; and as MD, Continental Europe for advisory management consultancy Merryck & Co, he launched and managed the firm's northern European business.

In his new role, Zalewski is tasked with helping Rightpoint expand its customer and employee experience, digital product and commerce solutions for clients in the financial services, healthcare and life sciences, professional services and tech industries.
