Accenture Buys Product Development Specialist Imaginea

In the US, global consultancy Accenture has agreed to acquire product development and user testing company Imaginea, for an undisclosed sum.

Headquartered in Mountain View, CA, with offices in London and across India, Imaginea uses its team's product and platform engineering skills to offer a design-led innovation approach, from consulting and ideation through to product development and implementation.

The acquisition adds approximately 1,350 professionals to Accenture, bringing a skilled, cloud native, full stack engineering team with cloud data and modernization skills across multiple platforms.
