Accenture Buys Data-Driven Business Change Firm fable+

Global consulting group Accenture has acquired German consulting firm fable+, which specializes in analytics-driven company transformation. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mannheim and Berlin-based fable+ offers a proprietary tool to understand and analyze the factors driving a team's culture. Its app measures team performance as well as 'psychological safety', which the firm says defines how secure a team's members feel to speak up, contribute their expertise and share ideas.

As part of the deal, fable+'s team of 50 professionals have joined Accenture's Talent & Organization / Human Potential team. Accenture says fable+'s AI and cloud technology have 'pioneered' an analytics-driven approach to better understand workplace culture and team performance.
