Cultural Insights Specialist Crowd DNA Promotes Three

Cultural insights and strategy consultancy Crowd DNA has promoted Laura Warby to Head of Agency for London/Amsterdam; Hollie Jones to the same role in New York City; and Dave Power to Senior Director of the firm's Crowd Numbers quant team.

Laura Warby, Hollie Jones and Dave PowerCrowd DNA is owned by marketing and customer analytics consultancy STRAT7, and conducts research to understand people, culture and trends across the world. Warby, who joined the company in 2015, was previously a Senior Account Executive at Tonic Insight, and SRE at The Research Partnership, having begun her MR career at Synovate.

Jones has been promoted after more than four years at the business, before which she was an AD at Flamingo. Power, who has been with the company since 2019, was previously a Board Director at RDSi, and held insight roles at Hachette UK, Future plc, and McCallum Layton. The firm says these newly established roles are the next step of a restructuring which, earlier in 2021, saw Matilda Andersson promoted to Group MD, and Elyse Pigram to APAC MD.
