Trio of Hires for Ops Support Firm Omnisis

Manchester, UK-based market research support agency Omnisis has appointed former InSites Consulting employees Anca Nisirius and Marie Cooper as Data Analysts, and Dylan Cliff as a Junior Developer.

The Omnisis robotOmnisis specialises in providing operations support to other research companies, using its own survey software, Warp - developing bespoke, custom surveys and adding new functionalities in short order for specific clients.

Cooper worked at InSites (formerly Join The Dots) as an Online Research Technologist for two years, and Nisirius for five years in roles including Junior Online Research Technologist and Project Research Coordinator. Cliff was an apprentice and then a Software Developer at Stockport agency Pecometer.

MD Brian Cooper says the firm has come through a difficult year and is now enjoying 'tremendous growth', and credits his team's ability to cost, script and turn around projects in a number of hours as one of the key reasons for this success. He comments: 'I'm really thrilled to have welcomed three new members of staff in such close succession. This past year has been difficult for the market research industry as a whole and as a small agency, I'm glad we've managed to come out the other side of it'.

Omnisis is currently running a survey of MR professionals' feelings about working in the industry, available at www.warpsurveys.com/start?sid=QUS6VD&v=1 . Results are intended to act as a benchmark to find out what the industry is doing well and what can be improved.
