Perseus Opens UK Office
Survey software provider Perseus Development Corporation has announced the opening of a London office, under the name of Valloria Software (Perseus UK), and has appointed Peter Barnett as MD.
The new operation will serve and provide technical support to UK organizations implementing Perseus' web-based feedback management systems.
Barnett has more than ten years of experience selling and marketing software in Europe and Africa, including spells at Nokia, Cisco Bay Networks, and Checkpoint security software, and has generated business in excess of $250 million over the last 10 years. In his new position he teams up with Keith Barrow to provide technical support, and two resellers to assist with sales support.
Carl Henning, Vice President of International Operations for Perseus, says the opening is one of several steps being taken to expand Perseus' global presence, describing the UK as 'a springboard for further opportunities'. A particular objective is to help deliver deliver Perseus' recently released SurveySolutions(r)/EFM (Enterprise Feedback Management) application to organizations in Europe.
The opening follows three other new offices in the last seven months: the others are Perseus Canada in Toronto, Perseus-Asia Ltd. In Singapore, and a new office in St. Joseph, Michigan.
