Qualtrics Launches EX25 Workplace Impact Measure

Experience management (XM) specialist Qualtrics has launched a framework called EX25. The firm says it has uncovered 25 key drivers through which employers can understand and respond to employees' changing expectations and take action to improve their engagement and retention.

Jay ChoiMajority owned by SAP, Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences': CustomerXM, ProductXM, BrandXM, and EmployeeXM. The new EX25 has been designed by the company's in-house team of organizational psychologists, who the firm says identified the 25 key drivers of every employee's experience at work - such as work-life balance and collaboration. These are aligned to the five pillars, or key performance indicators (KPIs) of the employee experience: engagement, experience vs expectations, intent to stay, inclusion and well-being.

The new framework includes a program design guide to 'pulse' employees at the right pace; questions for each employee experience KPI and experience driver; dashboard templates with analyzed employee feedback data to help understand the top drivers of employee engagement across teams; benchmarks; and action guidance to help managers improve each experience driver.

The new solution will be generally available in Q4 2021. Jay Choi (pictured), Chief Product Officer, comments: 'EX25 is backed by a proven, science-based methodology that takes the guesswork out of what questions to ask employees, when to ask them and how to take action to show them you care about their experiences at work.'
