InsightsNow Adds Three
US-based behavioral research firm InsightsNow has expanded its team with the addition of Christina Holstein, Sara Yang and Michelle Pretto. Holstein and Yang both join in the role of Senior Director of Client Partnerships, while Pretto has been named Project Director.
 The firm uses custom solutions and DIY tools based on proprietary behavioral frameworks to support clients' marketing, branding and product development decisions. Its new Innovation Center offers a range of tools, along with access to consumer reports, proprietary behavioral scores and research methods, to help clients design and redesign consumer products and messaging.
Holstein joins after more than thirteen years at Ipsos, where she latterly served as VP, managing a team of brand management and advertising development specialists; and Yang previously worked client-side as Associate Manager of Research at health food consumer brand firm The Wonderful Company. Pretto joins after graduating from the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology, and a double minor in Public Relations and Business.
In their new roles, Holstein and Yang are tasked with growing existing client accounts through innovation planning, as well as developing new client and industry relationships. Pretto will be focused on customer service, operational logistics and research project details.
