Consumer Specialist Sensory Dimensions Promotes Five

In the UK, sensory and consumer research agency Sensory Dimensions has promoted Jane Randal and Nicola Stendhurst to Research Director roles; Lauren Henry and Catriona Quigley to Associate Director; and Sairah Vivian to Financial Controller.

The Reading, Berkshire-based firm works with clients to develop and improve their food, beverage, pharma, personal and household products, using a variety of approaches to address NPD, marketing and QA questions. Randal joined the firm's Nottingham hub in 2014 with a Food Science BSc, and currently leads the Home and Personal Care practice. Her experience includes sensory and consumer research client consulting, programme design, data analysis, insight generation and client reporting and presentation. Before joining in 2019, Stendhurst worked for Walgreens Boots Alliance as Product Testing and Claims Manager. She leads Sensory Dimensions' Fieldwork and Consumer Recruitment practice, based in the Nottingham Hub, and her expertise includes sensory, product and claims research.

Henry, who joined in 2014, is based in Reading, where she has gained more than eight years' experience of NPD research and client consulting across FMCG sectors. Her expertise includes consumer research design, planning, implementation, analysis and insight generation. Quigley joined eight years ago and was most recently Programme Manager in the Nottingham Food and Beverage department. In addition, at the Reading HQ, Vivian has been promoted to Financial Controller after eight years with the firm and with more than twenty years' experience.
