Momentive Adds SurveyMonkey / Microsoft Integrations

Momentive has announced two new integrations for its SurveyMonkey and SurveyMonkey Enterprise solutions, with the addition of Microsoft Power Automate, which automates workflows and apps in the Teams communication platform.

With the integrations, users will be able to close existing 'feedback loops' through low-code, drag-and-drop technology. Through personal apps in Microsoft Teams, any SurveyMonkey user can access, manage and share feedback without leaving Microsoft Teams. In addition, the Microsoft Power Automate integration, available for SurveyMonkey Enterprise customers, reduces the need to download sensitive survey data manually.

According to Momentive, Microsoft's underlying security features and connection to more than 600 business applications (eg Outlook, Power BI, Salesforce and Jira) enable users to perform dynamic actions based on survey data.
