Xandr Adds Three to ANZ Leadership Team

Xandr, the advertising and analytics division of AT&T, has promoted three execs to its senior APAC team, under recently appointed ANZ Managing Director Nicole Prior.

Nicole PriorXandr combines data on customers with advertising technology to find and reach specific audiences. The firm's Curate platform enables data owners to 'layer' their assets with data from other sources and package it for sale via Xandr's marketplace. In the APAC leadership team, Mark Serhan has been promoted to the newly created role of Commercial Director, Philip Coetzee has been named Associate Director - Product Management, and Archana Ganesh has been appointed as Associate Director - APAC Product Support Lead.

Serhan joined Xandr in 2020 as Senor Account Director, from AOL Platforms where he was Head of Publisher Sales and Operations Platforms, and Mi9 as Head of Operations. Coetzee was previously Senior Manager and Senior Associate Director, having earlier worked for Telstra as a Senior Business Specialist. Ganesh joined three years ago as Senior Manager - Product Support, after serving as Associate Manager at Accenture Australia, before which she was an engineer at Ellucian.

In their new roles, Serhan will be responsible for developing new business relationships across Xandr's suite of buy and sell-side technologies; Coetzee will work with the Xandr Monetize product team to research and develop prototype new features; and Ganesh will be responsible for equipping and developing the product support team members with skills to provide the best technical support and guidance for clients on Xandr platform related issues. Prior (pictured), who joined the company in November from UM Australia, comments: 'These recent promotions reflect our momentum as advertiser demand grows for programmatic solutions across the industry. Xandr has invested heavily in its senior leadership team across APAC to ensure it can offer the best service to its growing client base'.
