Insights Agency Perceptive Hires and Promotes in NZ

Auckland, NZ-based customer intelligence agency Perceptive has appointed Amy Thornton as CX Analyst, while promoting Hollie Cleaver to Data Scientist and Lauren Gell to Research Consultant.

Amy Thornton, Hollie Cleaver and Lauren GellPerceptive provides research and data-driven marketing strategies to clients across New Zealand, Australia and other global markets. Thornton joins with a customer service background, gained in roles at the NZ Post, Kiwis Bank and Vodafone. In her new role, she is tasked with shaping data for client surveys, running Voice of Customer programs, and analysing project results.

Sammie Parkinson, CX Team Lead, comments: 'Amy has a natural empathy and understanding of the importance of a client-orientated approach and is motivated in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to businesses' success. Her experience in customer service and her outgoing personality make her a perfect fit for our team and clients and we are excited to have her on board.'

Separately, Cleaver joined the firm in 2020 as a CX Consultant, and most recently, worked as a Data Scientist; prior to which, she was a Retailer Engagement Executive at Nielsen; and Gell has been with the business for nearly four years - initially joining as intern, and most recently serving as Senior Research Analyst. Oliver Allen, General Manager, adds: 'Both Hollie and Lauren have excelled in their roles over the last couple of years with us, with Lauren, in particular, having started out as an intern in 2017 and now taking on her well-earned promotion.'
