PRS IN VIVO Names Patrick Young VP of Client Development

In the UK, shopper and product experience consultancy PRS IN VIVO has appointed Patrick Young as Vice President of Client Development, based in its London office.

Patrick YoungOwned by BVA Group, Paris-based PRS IN VIVO applies behavioral science to understand shopping behaviour and influence consumer choices. The company, which also has offices in New York, Geneva, Milan, Hamburg, Shanghai and Singapore, specializes in packaging design research, new product development and shopper experience, helping companies understand, predict and 'positively influence' consumer choice and drive brand growth.

Young (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' international client experience, delivering qual and quant projects and insight workshops across Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. Most recently he was Group Research Director at consumer and B2B agency 2CV, before which he spent more than five years at Kadence International, latterly as Deputy MD in Singapore. Earlier, he was an Account Director at Kantar Millward Brown in Sydney, an AD at Kadence, and Project Manager at DVL Smith.

In addition, Young has authored a range of papers, and he lectures on the importance of creativity, psychology and storytelling in business. He was visiting lecturer at the University of Kent, as well as a regular speaker at Hertfordshire University, University of New South Wales, and Macquarie University, and wrote 'Nobody Wants a Hammer', a book on how to make the most of insight-led workshops.
