HireRoad Buys Workforce Analyst PeopleInsight

US-based talent management and insight software provider HireRoad has acquired workforce analytics platform PeopleInsight for an undisclosed sum.

PeopleInsight provides an analytics platform which brings together a company's disconnected sources of HR, talent, people and productivity data. Users are able to bring together data sources such as Workday, Oracle, HireRoad, Taleo, ADP, SAP Successfactors, Greenhouse and Jobvite, as well as proprietary solutions, to uncover insights. Analytics can be tailored to meet the needs of strategic business changes, for example towards diversity and inclusion.

HireRoad says the acquisition enhances its own automated talent management platform by both adding advanced data analytics features, and allowing customers to pull in data from other third-party systems to access new insights. PeopleInsight's founder and CEO John Pensom (pictured) comments: 'We are delighted to expand access to our platform on a global scale.
