Digital Data Platform Roivenue Acquired

Marketing insights and analytics solutions provider ScanmarQED has acquired marketing attribution and digital data integration platform Roivenue. Terms were not disclosed.

Pavel SimaPrague-based Roivenue has developed a business intelligence analytics suite, through which marketing professionals can integrate all their advertising, CRM, and web analytics data. The firm's suite of products covers data integration and multi-touch data-driven attribution, and includes a tool allowing marketing agencies to build reports for clients on Power BI, Tableau and other data visualization software.

ScanmarQED, which has offices in the Netherlands, UK and US, says the deal will help it further strengthen its position as a one-stop provider of marketing analytics solutions in Europe and North America, complementing its own marketing mix modelling capabilities. The combined company will operate from offices in the Netherlands, the UK, the US and the Czech Republic.

Marcel van der Kooi, CEO of ScanmarQED, leads the new group alongside Han Meijer, Group Director and Chief Strategy Officer.
