Yabble Launches Insight Summary Solution

In New Zealand, insights platform Yabble has launched an AI-powered tool called Summarize, to generate summaries of insights from long-form data at 'unprecedented speed'.

Kathryn Topp and Rachel O'SheaFounded in 2013 by former Kantar exec Kathryn Topp and branding specialist Rachel O'Shea, Yabble uses machine learning and natural language processing to help brands connect with more than 62 million consumers globally, and collect data in real time. Users can build their own surveys and manage their own customer research communities, and consumers can share ideas, feedback and experiences about the products they use. Earlier this year, the firm launched a feature called Count, to help analyze unstructured text data for theme and sub-theme counts, and then add sentiment analysis to provide an understanding of audiences.

Its new Summarize solution has been developed to analyze a ten-to-fifteen-page transcript in approximately 40 to 60 seconds. It is compatible with .docx and .txt files, and users can upload as many files as they need in one go. Once Summarize analyzes uploaded files, users receive summaries of the key points and insights within their data.

Topp comments: 'Summarize represents a paradigm shift in the way we analyze long-form data such as interviews, podcasts, and sales calls. This means you no longer need to spend hours and hours reading through every transcript and taking notes for analysis; Summarize does this for you and provides you with comprehensive summaries you can refer to and share throughout the research process, making collaboration with stakeholders easier than ever.'
