InnovateMR Buys Qualitative B2B Network Ivy Exec

Global sampling and research tech firm InnovateMR has acquired Ivy Exec, which offers access to a network of more than 2.5 million B2B professionals for qualitative research. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ivy Exec provides member-only content for survey participants, curated job listings, career advisory services, professional development tools, mentorship and network opportunities, as well as thought leadership from a library of webinars and white papers. The business sources members from alumni networks of top universities in the US and other proprietary channels. In 2021, the company launched a dedicated B2B market research division called < 32573>Ivy Insights, tapping into its online community of professionals to conduct both qual and quant research.

The acquisition will enable InnovateMR clients to gather insights from professionals including c-suite executives and other specialized subject matter experts across various verticals; while Ivy Exec clients will be able to access InnovateMR's technology and expertise in quant B2B research. In addition, Ivy Exec plans to use InnovateMR's B2B quant and qual services to expand across the MR industry, as well to other verticals such as healthcare, fintech, venture capital and private equity, as well as to consultancies.
