Partnership for STRAT7 and CX Firm CGA

Global insight and customer analytics group STRAT7 has partnered with customer experience (CX) consultancy CGA, in a deal which will enable both businesses to expand their range of services.

London-based STRAT7 helps brands understand, predict and act on change through technology-powered data and insight solutions. CGA provides customer experience consulting for clients across a wide range of sectors and countries, and its work also focuses on employee engagement, internal capability and maturity.
