GoCo Buys Employee Experience / Analytics Firm WFHomie

HR software developer GoCo has acquired Canadian employee experience and people analytics platform WFHomie for an undisclosed sum.

WFHomie's platform is designed to help remote teams keep their employees productive and engaged, through virtual experiences and employee recognition software; while its people analytics tools help HR teams understand and manage their workforce, and retain top employees.

The acquisition is GoCo's first and follows the firm's $15m funding round in the final quarter of last year. Through the deal, GoCo will extend its suite of employee management solutions with people analytics to measure engagement, while welcoming the WFHomie team to the company. Nir Leibovich, co-founder and CEO of GoCo, says the team will bring the expertise needed to expand his firm's service offerings.
