Senior Hires and Promotions for LoopMe

UK-based ad optimisation and measurement company LoopMe has appointed Alberico de Nardis as Head of South East Asia, and moved Bernard Fung to the role of Head of North APAC. Simon Stone expands his role and becomes GM International, while Amazon exec Lisa Coffey joins as Global CRO.

Stephen Upstone and Marco van de BerghLoopMe grew revenue 55% last year to surpass $150m. Founded in 2012, the firm uses AI to optimise media delivery in real-time, driving campaigns across online and off-line media, and tracking brand lift, purchase intent, consideration, foot traffic and sales. Its services do not rely on personal identifying data and are available across mobile, CTV, digital audio, digital out-of-home and other emerging digital advertising channels. In addition to seven US cities, global offices are located in Toronto, Singapore, Dnipro (Ukraine), Japan and Hong Kong. The company is majority-owned by Mayfair Equity Partners, with other investors and the founders - Stephen Upstone and Marco van de Bergh - and wider management team also having a stake.

Stone was previously General Manager EMEA, having joined LoopMe in 2018 as Commercial Director. He now takes responsibility for all revenue across EMEA and APAC, and for expansion here. Coffey was most recently Head of Strategy and Business Development at Amazon.

De Nardis has worked in agencies and tech companies across APAC and EMEA, most recently as Global Agency Development Lead, APAC for TikTok; and earlier working at IAB, Omnicom Media Group Asia Pacific, and Handprint. In his new role he will lead the company's expansion in South East Asia across Singapore, Australia and India.

Fung joined the company just over three years ago as Sales Director, and has also served as Interim General Manager for APAC. In his new role he will drive LoopMe's expansion in the Greater China Region, Japan and Korea.

CEO and co-founder Upstone (pictured) says of the moves: 'The APAC market is becoming increasingly important to our business, and these two new appointments will strengthen our senior team and drive growth in the region. Bernard has already shown how vital his passion and expertise is in meeting these goals, and we are pleased to have him leading our efforts in the Chinese and Japanese markets. Similarly, bringing someone with as much experience as Alberico on board was a no-brainer, and we are delighted to have him as part of the team for South East Asia'.
