Online Groups Software Enhanced

Interactive Tracking Systems Inc. (Itracks) has released a new version of their advanced threaded discussion system software, Bulletin Board Focus Groups.

Itracks' President and CEO Dan Weber says his company's philosophy is 'to rely on our clients for guidance' and that the new bulletin board is 'the most advanced available to market researchers today'.

New aspects include time-saving features to help moderators derive maximum value from groups; enhanced communication and transcript features so that moderators can create and edit guides, participant lists and email invitations more easily; and a cleaner, more intuitive interface designed for greater usability.

Itracks claims that 'researchers are turning in increasing numbers to bulletin board focus groups to collect in-depth data from hard to reach and busy respondents'. The company's web site is at www.itracks.com
