Talking Medicine Adds 'Drug-GPT' Tool to PatientMetRx

Patient intelligence company Talking Medicines has added a tool called Drug-GPT to its PatientMetRx platform, to provide healthcare ad agencies with insights about the lived experience, opinions and sentiment of patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Jo HallidayGlasgow, Scotland-based Talking Medicines offers AI-driven patient social media intelligence specifically for the pharmaceutical industry. The company's PatientMetRx platform captures the voice of the patient from millions of online sources, providing drug companies with a way to measure patients' experience of taking medicines. New features included in the enhanced PatientMetRx are the curated HCP Voice, designed to complement the Patient Voice; and natural language search, replacing manual insight searches with data-led questioning of curated data.

The company says Drug-GPT allows healthcare marketers to access insights about patients and HCPs in seconds, through its curated 'Patient Voice GPT'; and provides natural language responses and summaries, to help agencies inform new business pitches, develop strategies, create creative content, and monitor the impact of market events on customer behavior. Subscribers can answer their own questions about how patients experience drugs and treatments compared to the perspective of HCPs, drawing on opinions and feelings about experiences, including demographics, diagnoses, treatments and outcomes.

Jo Halliday (pictured), CEO and co-founder of Talking Medicines, comments: 'We are really excited by the potential of Drug-GPT to transform the way that healthcare advertising agencies analyse insights on complex patient and HCP data. With structured and actionable insights delivered within seconds, it provides our customers with the edge to win business, create amazing content, and deliver successful campaigns'.

The firm, which also operates from London and Jersey City, is online at www.talkingmedicines.com .
