Bastion Insights Launches Golden Voice CALD Community

In Australia, MR and customer experience consultancy Bastion Insights has launched a research panel called Golden Voice Community, to understand the divide between culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) groups and the wider community.

Isabel ZhangOwned by marcoms group Bastion Collective, and previously known as Bastion Latitude, Bastion Insights focuses on understanding human behaviour to address business issues. The firm's Cross-Cultural Insights team has launched the new Golden Voice Community in-language research panel to understand the complexities of first-generation migrants' life and experience in Australia.

The Community currently focuses on discerning and sharing the cultural nuances and views of two of the largest CALD diasporas in Australia - Southern Asian and Chinese. The targeted platform is built on direct and ongoing community engagement, with a focus on building relationships before engaging in research. It speaks with thousands of CALD Australians every month, playing an active role within each community, and educating members on research.
