InsightsNow Adds Four to US Team
In the US, behavioral research and strategy firm InsightsNow has appointed Stephen McIngvale as Senior Research Director, Shannon Benson as Research Director, and Joshua Lim as Insights Analyst; while Angel Requena rejoins the company as Project Director.
 InsightsNow uses custom solutions and DIY tools based on proprietary behavioral frameworks to support clients' marketing, branding and product development decisions. McIngvale joins with more than twenty years' experience in client-side product and consumer research for cross-functional teams at PepsiCo, WhiteWave Foods and the Molson Coors Beverage Company, where his experience included descriptive panel training and leadership, qualitative research, and quantitative consumer CLTs and iHUT. Benson joins from sensory evaluation and consumer product research firm Curion, where she latterly served as Project Manager, conducting sensory testing projects for various product categories including food and beverage, durable goods, home goods and personal care.
Lim has a background in industrial and organizational psychology, gained while working at Experian as a Consumer Insights Analyst, focusing on product innovation processes using applied advanced quant techniques for survey analysis. Finally, Requena re-joins the firm to support study fielding, project execution optimization, and contractor and vendor relationships.
