Beesy Adds Six to Team

Behavioral science insights agency Beesy has hired Brian Jenkin as Business Strategist, Jim Sharp as Head of Product Engineering, Luka Dragutinovic as Compliance Associate, Eileen Miller as Senior Behavioral Association, and Cyndhia Varshni and Shounak Bose as Research Managers.

Brian Jenkin, Jim Sharp, Luka Dragutinovic, Eileen Miller, Cyndhia Varshni and Shounak BoseFounded in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US CEO Elys Roberts, BEESY helps clients in CPG, financial services, biopharma / healthcare and other sectors to understand consumer decision-making. Jenkins joins with more than fifteen years' experience, most recently serving as Director, Strategic Market Insights at SOPHiA Genetics, before which he was AD, Market Research at eMAX Health Systems, and Associate at Hull Associates. Sharp joins with more than twenty years of software and data engineering experience in the pharmaceutical and medical care industries. He was previously Head of Software Engineering at human+digital patient engagement specialist Pleio, having earlier been VP, IT at Zitter Health Insights and at Persante Health Care.

Dragutinovic began his career as Research Assistant at Brandeis Biological Health Psychology Laboratory, and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Flumen, a digital marketing agency focused on combining behavioral economics with social proofing principles to drive Web3 brand recognition. Miller joins from Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Project Coordinator in the Network Dynamics Group, composed of social scientists, physicians and physicist working on theoretical and empirical approaches to social change. Earlier she was a Product Manager for patient engagement specialist Zotec Partners.

Varshni was previously an Associate Consultant, Strategic Advisory at Trinity Life Sciences, where she developed recommendations for companies across value access, pricing, launch excellence and commercial teams. Bose also joins from Trinity Life Sciences, where he was a Consultant with a focus on product planning and global strategies for medical device companies.
