InflowCX Buys Software and Data Firm NetFore

Contact center and communications tech developer InflowCX has acquired Canadian software services firm NetFore, which builds AI-driven intelligent virtual agent (IVA) and interactive voice response (IVR) solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ken SmithOttawa-based NetFore develops bespoke software solutions for specific client requirements. Its expertise in data strategy, engineering and visualization enables users to uncover business insights, and consolidate and normalize their data. In addition, the firm helps clients develop a tailored, business-led data strategy, and uses custom dashboards and other data visualization tools to help clients identify trends, connections and relationships.

Through the acquisition, InflowCX will expand its service offerings for contact center self-service and AI technologies. InflowCX's CEO, Ken Smith (pictured), comments: 'As companies explore how AI fits into their CX strategy, the combination of InflowCX and NetFore will provide expert guidance in evaluating, deploying and customizing AI technology to better serve their customers.
