SOCi to Launch AI-powered Genius Social | Engagements

SOCi, a marketing platform for multi-location brands, is launching a solution called Genius Social | Engagements, which uses artificial intelligence to generate 'on-brand' personalized responses to 'all' engagement types including social media networks.

The SOCi platform uses advanced AI and machine learning to provide users with insights and recommendations, while automating marketing tasks for hundreds or thousands of business locations. The firm also offers the SOCi Listening tool, which can be used to monitor social media channels for any direct or indirect mention of a brand and its competitors, as well as topics related to a specific industry.

The recently-launched suite of 'Genius' products already includes a review response management tool, which uses ChatGPT's natural language model to enable instant responses to online reviews. The beta version of the new Genius Social | Engagements has been created as an extension of SOCi Social, with AI to create customized engagements that resonate with local audiences, protect a brand's reputation at the location level, and ensure 'memorable experiences'.

With AI, users can develop on-brand, personalized responses, eliminating a team's need for 'time-intensive' manual replies. In addition, the solution is designed to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all locations, regardless of engagement type, social media network or the individual responding.
