BGB Buys Healthcare Consultancy Kx Advisors

In the US, communications firm BGB Group has acquired strategy consultancy Kx Advisors, which offers solutions driven by data-driven insights - both focus on the healthcare sector. Terms of the deal has not been disclosed.

Through its offices in Washington DC, Boston and London, Kx Advisors helps clients with their corporate strategies, market expansion and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, and new product planning. Services used include drug positioning and pricing analyses; customer segmentation and targeting; product forecasting, positioning and testing; patient journey mapping; and competitive intelligence and share capture.

The combined firm will continue to support clients with offerings such as pipeline prioritization, franchise planning, market expansion and forecasting, pricing analysis, and ultimately brand optimization at any lifecycle stage.
