Partnership for InMoment and Contentsquare

US-based customer intelligence platform InMoment and digital experience analyst Contentsquare have partnered to help marketing CX teams visualize customer experiences and understand web site and mobile app visitor behavior.

Gilad Zubery and Mehul NagraniInMoment was formed from the merger of US firm Mindshare Technologies and Canada's Empathica, and offers an 'Experience Improvement (XI)' platform which analyzes and evaluates enterprise experience data and customer feedback. Contentsquare has developed an AI-powered platform providing contextual insight into customer behavior, feelings and intent - at every touchpoint in the consumer journey - and its analysis powers customer experience on more than one million web sites worldwide.

The collaboration is designed to give CX teams and marketers an in-depth look at the behavior and in-page experience for web site and mobile app visitors, adding what the partners call an 'additional layer of analysis and visualization'. In tandem with Contentsquare's suite of digital experience analytics tools and session replay capabilities, this will allow teams to pinpoint specific experiences that cause 'customer difficulty', and take action accordingly.

Gilad Zubery, Contentsquare's EVP Global Business Development & Partnerships, says the tie-in gives businesses the ability to understand the behavior and issues beyond the digital experience; what to act on; and when and how to interact with customers.
