Kantar Promotes Two in Sydney to Replace Rodrigues

Kantar Australia has promoted Allan Breiland and Sharon Hilton to serve as Joint Heads of Media Effectiveness. They replace Straford Rodrigues, who is leaving the business at the end of September after more than fourteen years in Australia, the US, the UK and Singapore.

Allan Breiland and Sharon HiltonBreiland joined the business in Australia in 2007 as an Account Manager with Kantar Millward Brown, where he worked for twelve years, latterly serving as Senior Media Consultant (Director) and covering the media in both Southeast Asia and the US. For the past four years he has worked for Kantar as Senior Director, Media. Hilton began her career at Roy Morgan Research, before a stint at Yahoo! as Senior Insights Analyst. She joined Kantar five years ago, and most recently served as Director, Media and Digital. Her work has focused on media planning, strategy and campaign evaluation. Both are based in Kantar's Sydney headquarters.

Australia Chief Commercial Officer Jonathan Sinton thanked Rodrigues and said that under his stewardship, the Australian media practice has thrived. Details of Rodrigues' next career move have not yet been announced.

Both have been with Kantar for many years and their mutual respect and proven track history of working together means we have a formidable leadership team to take Kantar Australia Media forward to its next phase'.
