Funds and Relocation for Modelling and BI Firm CModel

In the US, data modelling and business intelligence specialist CModel Data Inc. has received an undisclosed investment from the Alabama Futures Fund, and accordingly will relocate its head office from San Francisco to Birmingham, Alabama.

The firm's cloud-based software platform CORA uses AI to apply native, curated best practice data from industry experts, along with client-generated data, to business strategy simulations. Users interact with CORA through a typed prompt interface, and the platform then asks a series of questions drilling down from generalized, high-level questions with multiple-choice answers to more granular inquiries. CORA will then run simulations based on the answers provided to illustrate what business conditions need to be met to achieve the desired outcomes.
