GMO Launches 'Organic Sampling' for Panel Engagement

Asia-focused online MR specialist GMO Research has launched an API connection method called 'Organic Sampling', which it says will enhance targeting accuracy, improve user satisfaction and promote a 'significant uptick' in survey completion rates.

Shinya ImanariTokyo-based GMO Research provides clients with access to a multi-country online network of panellists ranging from consumers to CEOs. Its Asia Cloud Panel boasts around 50 million consumers in sixteen Asian countries, and has earlier this year was enhanced with a new feature identifying and excluding ghost completes.

With the integration of the new Organic Sampling method into the Asia Cloud Panel, GMO says it will address the challenges of high screen-outs, project delays and 'dwindling' completion rates; and can provide panel partners with access to survey details such as demographics, average IR, point, and LOI. All Cloud Panel members will be managed by unique IDs; and panel partners can select and alert eligible panellists based on specific conditions and pre-requisites, which GMO claims 'intensifies' engagement.

Shinya Imanari (pictured), Business Alliance Director in the firm's Innovation Department, comments: 'Organic Sampling is not just an API Connection Method; it is a reimagining of the survey experience. By bridging the information gap, GMO Research paves the way to the future where surveys are more relevant, panellists are more engaged, and the world of market research becomes more efficient'.
