ISG Appoints Hall to Lead New AI Advisory Offer

US-based research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) has launched a suite of advisory services to help clients with the adoption of AI at scale; and has appointed company President Steve Hall as its first Chief AI Officer.

Steve HallThe new Applied AI Advisory services will help clients assess their AI readiness, identify practical use cases, experiment with proofs of concept, create an AI strategy, and establish a business case for investment, as well as selecting partners and setting up training and governance structures via a proprietary AI 'control plane'. ISG says use cases range from personalizing CX at scale and optimizing supply chain operations to enhancing decision-making through predictive analytics and new product and service innovation. ISG Research forecasts the global market for AI-related managed services should reach $175bn by 2030.
