Launch for B2B Agency ContextualY

In the US, Allison Wilt and Steve Ingledew have launched ContextualY, a specialist B2B research agency whose four founding Principals between them boast more than a hundred years of experience supporting technology clients and stakeholders.

Four leaders for ContextualY Wilt began her career at Compaq, then worked at Yarnell Associates and later ran her own company for fourteen years, before joining Greenberg Strategy and Material in roles including VP Qual Strategy; GM, Client Delivery; and SVP Insights.

Ingledew began his career in the UK with PE Inbucon, BPRI and Research International. He then moved to the west coast of the USA with RI, then continued with leadership roles at TNS, Millward Brown, YouGov, Greenberg Strategy and latterly Material.

Joining them in the new endeavour are two Principals, former TNS and Greenberg VP Nicola Finnerty and former Material strategist Traci Nagy.

Ingledew explains the rationale for the launch: 'In a world where there's a belief that data will yield rational and objective choices, it's our experience that personal emotions and motivations often dominate B2B decision making. ContextualY is focused on leaning into those conversations using human-centric, disciplined research methods that will ultimately lead to a more holistic understanding of the business issues at hand. Ultimately, we're focused on doing great work for great clients while having some fun at the same time'.
