Rhetorik Releases DEI Benchmarking Solution
B2B intelligence provider Rhetorik has released a solution it says will allow its US customers to benchmark their own organization's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) data against industry standards.
The Canada-based firm, which in February announced the acquisition of 1 Stop Data Ltd, another B2B data business based in Wokingham, UK, helps clients make use of their own data to identify new audiences, build applications and drive new business internationally.
The new, proprietary data-driven DEI benchmark modeling goes 'far beyond government sources', according to the company, giving a very detailed view of workforce diversity data, and allowing clients to combine their own robust internal DEI metrics with comparisons for other companies in the same location, of a comparable size, in the same industry sector and so on.
