PR Leader Opens London MR Office
Independent PR giant Edelman is expanding its specialist research group StrategyOne into Europe, with the opening of a London office. The office will be headed up by Janette Henderson, on a twelve month secondment from MORI.
StrategyOne has averaged growth of 30% per annum since its foundation in 1999, and now has twenty professionals located in New York, Washington, D.C. and Chicago. The new location will supply Edelman's European offices with custom research into corporate reputation, public affairs and crisis management campaigns, plus branding and marketing studies.
Henderson, a Research Director at MORI with nearly 20 years' research experience and a particular focus on corporate reputation and opinion leader research, will report jointly to Dr Jennifer Scott, President of StrategyOne, and Dr Stuart Smith, Joint CEO of Edelman London. Dr Scott comments: It made sense for us to establish a physical presence in London ... with help from a well-respected organization like MORI with whom we already have a strong working relationship'.
