Moscow Mystery Member

Russian company Nextep Promotion is the latest addition to the International Mystery Shopping Alliance (IMSA). Nextep's field force includes more than 1,000 mystery shoppers covering the whole of Russia, as well as the Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

IMSA is a worldwide network of specialist mystery shopping companies with more than 500,000 individually recruited professional mystery shoppers conducting in excess of two million mystery shops each year. Members sign up to agreed quality and reporting standards to ensure uniformity of output across the alliance, and projects are locally run but centrally managed.

IMSA President Byron McCann says the addition of a Russian partner marks another milestone for the alliance. Nextep was established in 2000, and now boasts the likes of SAB Miller, Coca-Cola, Beiersdorf and L'Oreal as clients.

Oxana Aulchenkova, Director General of Nextep, says the company's 'commitment to delivering top-level service and execution is very much mirrored by the IMSA ethos and quality standards. The future for IMSA looks very bright and we are looking forward to being a part of it'.
