Synovate Appointments in Europe, Middle East and Africa
Synovate has promoted Tony Rhodes to Chief Operating Officer for Central/Eastern Europe (CEE) and Albert McLean to COO for Middle East/Africa (MEA) as part of a batch of new appointments in the CEEMEA region.
Rhodes, who was previously MD for South-East Europe & North Africa, will be based in Nicosia, Cyprus, while McLean, the former MD for Sub-Saharan Africa, will be located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Both Rhodes and McLean will focus on the company's growth through key account management, client relationships, business development and marketing.
The company also appointed Andy Dalziel as Chief Financial Officer for MEA, while Jon Salters, formerly Deputy MD for Sub-Saharan Africa, has been promoted to MD for the area.
Tomasz Jakubowski and Bozena Bobrowicz have been made Joint General Managers of Synovate Poland, following the departure of Michalis Michael, former MD of Synovate in Central Europe and Russia. Michalis moved from Warsaw to Chicago to take up a new post as Head of Global Online and Panel Marketing & Operations (see the full report at www.mrweb.com/drno/news4311.htm ).
