Pastures New for Greenfield CEO as Revenue Predictions Fall

Greenfield Online's President and CEO Dean Wiltse has left the company, to be replaced by former Harris Interactive President and business troubleshooter Albert Angrisani. The announcement comes as the company reduces its revenue forecast for the third quarter by $4m, due to 'lower than expected win-rates in North America'.

The company anticipates revenues to 30 September of $22-23m - compared with the previously predicted $26-27m. Angrisani is currently President of Angrisani Partners, an advisory firm for troubled and underperforming companies, which he established in 2004. Between 2001 and 2004, he was President and COO of Harris Interactive Inc. Prior to this, he was President and CEO of Total Research Corporation, and has also served in President Reagan's Administration as the US Assistant Secretary of Labor and Chief of Staff.

Angrisani says his aim at Greenfield is to 'use my experience as a successful turnaround manager to reinvigorate this company,' stating that 'we need to do a better job of showing clients why quality - not price - should be the key consideration'. Peter Sobiloff, Chairman of the Board, says Angrisani brings 'the ideal combination of public company operating experience, as well as passion for, and deep expertise in, the marketing research industry'.

The Board has also appointed Joseph Ripp as a new Director. Ripp, currently Senior VP, Media and Communications at Time Warner, will join the Audit, Compensation, Governance and Nominating, and Special Operations Committees of the Board.

The company is online at www.greenfield.com.
