ZipSurvey Comes to China and Taiwan
US-based CorporateSurvey.com has entered into a partnership with XToolsCRM, a Chinese provider of customer relationship management technology to provide its ZipSurvey application to XTools' 1,000+ clients in China and Taiwan. In addition, both companies will join each other's alliance and partnership programs.
ZipSurvey will give users of the Xtools On-Demand CRM package the ability to create and deploy online customer satisfaction and marketing surveys. The product, which is available in both simplified and traditional Chinese, has previously been used to create surveys in 18 languages in more than 87 countries.
Dr Christopher Wright, President and CEO of CorporateSurvey.com, says the partnership 'combines the unique benefits of two industry-leading software platforms'.
