Promotion for Invoke Technologist
Interactive research technology firm Invoke Solutions has promoted Alon Ravid, previously Vice President of Research and Development, to Chief Technology Officer, responsible for driving and developing its long-term corporate technology strategy. Ravid will also continue in his role as the General Manager of Invoke's Israeli office.
Ravid joined the company in 2002, after spells as Senior Vice President, Head of Derivatives Technology at Knight Financial Products (KFP), and Senior System Engineer at RAFAEL, the armaments development authority of the Israeli Ministry of Defense. He has a BS and MS in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology In Haifa.Invoke Chairman and CEO Corey Torrence says Ravid will 'spearhead the launch of a new, easy-to-use feedback tool targeted for business users available 24X7 through a web-based portal', continuing the firm's 'aggressive product development strategy' into 2006.
