Roper Hires Leader for Washington
Roper Public Affairs and Media, part of GfK NOP, has appointed Justin Greeves as VP and Senior Account Executive to lead its Washington DC office. He will provide custom research for businesses, non-profit groups and government, and help to expand Roper's presence in Washington.
Greeves was formerly VP and Leader of the Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Consultancy at Wirthlin Worldwide, which was acquired by Harris Interactive in 2004. He has more than a decade of research experience in brand equity, customer loyalty and strategic communications, and has provided custom research for organisations including Marriott Lodging, Hunter Douglas Window Fashions, AARP, American Lung Association, and the American Bakers' Association.
John Gilfeather, Vice-Chairman of Roper, says Greeves will be the 'perfect complement' to the current team, which provides a range of research 'from issues management and strategic communications to studies for public release and corporate reputation research'.
Roper's research tools also includes its word-of-mouth Influentials network, Corporate Reputation Scorecard, NewsFlow (designed to measure news coverage impact), and crisis management research.
