ABC Researcher Joins IAG

Viewer engagement specialist IAG Research has appointed Rachel Mueller-Lust, previously Vice President of Sales Research for ABC Television Network, as Executive VP of its Network Division.

Mueller-Lust has more than 15 years of media and research experience, At ABC, she was the strategic and operational leader of the research division in support of network sales, including television and interactive properties. Before this, she worked as VP of Methodology Research at Nielsen Media Research. She began her career as an assistant professor in the Psychology Department at Oberlin College.

She holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics as well as a master's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Alan Gould, Co-CEO of IAG, says Mueller-Lust's contribution will mean more broadcast and cable networks using IAG data, and deeper relationships with individual networks through proactive development of new products and services. The Division's current clients include CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, Bravo, TBS, TNT, Lifetime, The WB, Food Network, and HGTV.
