MB Opens Account in Switzerland

Millward Brown has opened a first Swiss office, in Geneva, to be headed by Sana Carlton and Martine Rebours. Carlton was previously Global Account Co-ordinator based in the group's Madrid Office. Rebours will add the role to her existing duties as TGI Director for France.

The company describes the move as 'a natural expansion of its European business', having worked for Swiss clients for many years. The new office will work closely with the established offices in Germany and Austria, and will offer the full range of the Group's solutions including copy testing, brand equity measurement, Dynamic Tracking and TGI.

Carlton says the office has 'three key objectives... to service our global clients more effectively; to be better placed to work with local clients in Switzerland and; to take the opportunity to offer an integrated full range of solutions including TGI.'

Andrea Bielli, CEO Millward Brown Continental Europe, Middle East and North Africa comments: 'I am delighted that Sana and Martine are leading this exciting new development for Millward Brown. Sana is a very experienced and valued member of the Millward Brown team having worked for us since 1997, initially from the Los Angeles USA office before moving to Madrid in 2004. Martine is a true expert in media and segmentation research. She played a key role in the development of the French TGI offer and has built up deep knowledge of consumers, media and brands.'

The agency is part of Kantar, WPP's insight, information and consultancy arm, and is online at www.millwardbrown.com .
