New Panel and Partnership for Vision Critical

Vision Critical, supplier and developer of customer advisory panels, has launched a panel of online healthcare information seekers, and has announced a partnership with Feldman Research Lab.


The 'My Healthcare Views' panel, online at www.myhealthcareview.com , was developed using Vision Critical's panel management system, Panel+ ™, alongside one of the largest health care systems in the US. The panel will explore the US health care system from the patient perspective with approximately 5,000 people giving their opinions on topics from patient satisfaction to new products.

Recent Forrester research estimates that 85% of online consumers have at some point turned to the Internet for answers to health-related questions. Jennifer Winter, SVP at Vision Critical comments: 'As consumers become more involved in healthcare decisions, organizations are creating a customer advisory panel to harness the voice of the customer, understand their needs and gain their support'.


Separately, the company has announced a partnership with Feldman Research Lab, a provider of strategic MR and consultancy to entertainment, technology and media companies, who will use customer panel software to help clients track behavioral and attitudinal changes among their subscribers and target market. In return, Vision Critical clients are making use of Feldman's consulting and full-service market research expertise.
